• Shipping: We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Tracking is automatically provided the moment your order leaves our dock.
• Returns: Because your items are permanently personalized, we cannot accept returns on custom-engraved products.
• The LyteWork Guarantee: If we make a mistake on the engraving or your items arrive damaged in transit, we will replace them immediately at no cost to you.

• Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. However, expedited shipping is sometimes not available due to time constraints of customizing a product.
• You will be contacted immediately if you request expedited shipping and it cannot be processed in that time.
