Orders over $500 ship FREE to the continental United States via standard ground shipping.

1. Processing Times

At LyteWork Engraving, we take pride in creating custom, personalized products made specifically for you. Because each order is uniquely crafted, processing times vary based on the complexity of your project and our current production schedule.

1.1 Standard Processing

  • Simple Engraving Projects: Typically 3-7 business days
  • Custom Awards & Trophies: Typically 5-10 business days
  • Bulk Orders (25+ items): Typically 7-14 business days
  • Complex Custom Work: Timeline provided upon order approval

1.2 Rush Orders

  • Rush processing is available for an additional fee, subject to current capacity.
  • Rush orders may be completed in 1-3 business days depending on complexity.
  • Contact us at (470) 253-1050 or info@lytework.net to inquire about rush availability.
  • Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.

1.3 Important Notes

  • Processing time begins after artwork/design approval and payment confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Estimated completion dates are our best projection and are not guaranteed.
  • We will notify you if any unexpected delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your custom products arrive safely and on time.

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Continental USA)

  • USPS: Standard and Priority Mail options available
  • UPS: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Air available
  • FedEx: Ground, Express, and Overnight options available

2.2 Carrier Preference

  • If you have a carrier preference (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), please indicate this in the order notes at checkout.
  • If no preference is specified, we will select the most appropriate carrier based on your location and package size.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

2.3 International Shipping

  • We do not currently offer international shipping through our website checkout.
  • For international orders, please contact us directly at info@lytework.net to discuss options.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Standard Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Orders $500+: FREE standard ground shipping to the continental USA
  • Orders under $500: Shipping rates vary by location and carrier
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

3.2 Exclusions from Free Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only.
  • Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories (shipping available at additional cost).
  • Expedited shipping methods (2-Day, Overnight, etc.) are not included in free shipping offers.
  • International orders are excluded from free shipping.

3.3 Large or Oversized Items

  • Some large awards, trophies, or bulk orders may require special handling or freight shipping.
  • We will contact you with a shipping quote before processing these orders.
  • Freight shipping charges will be communicated and approved prior to shipment.

4. Local Pickup & Delivery

4.1 Local Pickup (Cumming, GA)

  • Customers in the North Georgia area are welcome to pick up orders at our Cumming, GA workshop.
  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to waive shipping charges.
  • We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email or number when picking up.

4.2 Local Delivery

  • Local delivery may be available for large or bulk orders within 30 miles of Cumming, GA.
  • Contact us at (470) 253-1050 to inquire about local delivery options and fees.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your estimated ship date, please contact us.
  • Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

6. Delivery & Responsibility

6.1 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after shipment (depending on location)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after shipment (based on selected service)
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6.2 Transfer of Risk

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • We carefully package all items to ensure safe transit.
  • Once the carrier accepts the package, they are responsible for its safe delivery.

6.3 Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, first check with neighbors or building management.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a delivery inquiry.
  • We are happy to assist with carrier communications and will work with you to resolve delivery issues.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

7.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed with the shipping carrier within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Once a claim is approved by the carrier, we will replace your item or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery confirmation by the carrier.

7.2 Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
  • If the package or contents are damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Do not discard damaged packaging as it may be needed for carrier claims.
  • We will work with you and the carrier to resolve damaged shipment issues.
  • Once a damage claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

7.3 Insurance

  • High-value orders ($500+) are automatically insured during shipment.
  • Insurance covers loss or damage during transit.
  • Insurance claims are subject to carrier terms and conditions.

8. Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately - changes can only be made before the order ships.
  • Address changes after shipment may incur additional shipping charges or may not be possible depending on carrier policies.
  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • If you refuse delivery or fail to claim a package, it will be returned to us.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for refused or unclaimed packages will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.
  • Custom engraved items that are refused may not be eligible for refund - see our Refund Policy for details.

10. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
  • Awards, trophies, and glassware receive extra protective packaging.
  • Bulk orders are packaged efficiently to minimize shipping costs while ensuring product safety.
  • We use recyclable and sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.
  • If you have specific packaging requirements for corporate gifts or events, please let us know in your order notes.
