We provide laser engraving, awards creation, and customization services. All products are custom-made according to customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, each item is uniquely created for the individual customer.
3. Order Process and Custom Work
3.1 Custom Orders
- All orders are considered custom work.
- We require approved artwork/design before beginning production. A design is considered "approved" once check-out occurs, or a customer sends a digital approval.
- Any changes after approval will incur additional charges.
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3.2 Production Timeline
- Production times vary based on complexity and current order volume.
- Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to capacity.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Custom quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Prices do not include shipping unless explicitly stated.
4.2 Payment
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
- All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Design fees are non-refundable.
5.2 Refunds
- Custom items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Claims for defective items must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Customer Materials
- You warrant that you have the right to use any designs, logos, or content you submit.
- You will indemnify us against any claims of copyright or trademark infringement.
- We reserve the right to refuse any design that may infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Checking out on the LyteWork Engraving website indicates an agreement that you have all rights to any uploaded images, designs, and text.
6.2 Our Materials
- All designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- Purchase of an item does not transfer copyright of the design.
7. Newsletter and Communications
7.1 Email Subscription
- By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing communications.
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
- We will not sell or share your email address with third parties.

- We may send order updates and service-related communications.

9. Shipping and Delivery

- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours.
10. Warranty and Liability

- We warranty our workmanship (the engraving) for the life of the product.
- We warranty all products for 1 year to be absent of naturally occurring defects.
- Natural variations in materials are not considered defects.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
- All implied warranties are limited to the scope of our express warranty.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of our Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
