To ensure the sharpest, most professional engraving, we require high-quality artwork files. If you are ordering in bulk for a corporate event, our design team will provide a digital proof for approval before production begins.

• ✅ Acceptable Formats (Raster): High-resolution .PNG or .JPG (Black and white only, minimum 300 DPI)
• ❌ Unacceptable Formats: Screenshots, photographs, or low-resolution web images

Don't have a vector file? Upload the best version you have, and our team will evaluate it. Minor cleanup is included with all bulk orders.

We are a volume-first production shop located in North Georgia. Whether you need 10 awards for a banquet or 1,000 tumblers for an employee onboarding kit, we have the capacity to deliver.

• Shipping: We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Tracking is automatically provided the moment your order leaves our dock.
• Returns: Because your items are permanently personalized, we cannot accept returns on custom-engraved products.
